I decided to make these cupcakes from The Kind Diet to celebrate baby J’s four month birthday!
A was in charge of the dry ingredients, as usual, and I was in charge of the wet ones.
Add the wet to the dry and stir to combine.
Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake pan and bake for 18 minutes.
These were fantastic! The agave nectar gave the cupcake an almost caramel flavor that was wonderful. We all enjoyed this treat and now we can’t wait for baby J’s fifth month birthday so we can make these again!
